How do I get a price?
Call or text 941-500-2529, or send the quote form on this site. Tell us the size of the place, what kind of clean you want, and roughly when. Donnell confirms the price with you before anything is booked.
What areas do you cover?
Palmetto, Parrish and the area around them. If you are just outside, ask anyway and we will tell you plainly whether we can get to you.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, both. That means you are covered if something is damaged while we are working in your home.
Do I have to be home?
No. Plenty of our customers give us access and come back to a clean house. Tell us how you want us to get in and how you want the place left.
Do you offer eco friendly cleaning?
Yes, as an option. Tell us when you book and we will use eco friendly products for a natural clean. Our vacuums run HEPA filtration either way, which is the part that matters most for dust and allergies.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring what the job needs, and our vacuums use HEPA filtration. If you would rather we use eco friendly products for a natural clean, we have them, just ask. If you would rather we use your own products, whether that is for allergies, a surface that needs a specific cleaner, or simply a preference, leave them out and tell us.
What if I have pets?
Pets are fine. Tell us what they are and where they will be so nobody gets a surprise and no door gets left open.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes. Give us as much notice as you can and we will move it. Text is the fastest way to reach us.
How do I pay?
Ask when you book and Donnell will tell you what he takes.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us right away, the same day if you can, and we will come back to what was missed.
Do you do one time cleans, or only regular schedules?
Both. Plenty of jobs are a single deep clean or a move out. Recurring is just what most households end up choosing.
