Estimates are estimates
Any price you see on this website, including one from the estimate tool, is an estimate based on what you told us. It is not a final price and it is not a contract. Donnell confirms your actual price with you before any work is booked. If the job turns out to be bigger than described once we see it, we will tell you before we start, not after we finish.
Booking, changes and cancellations
Scheduling, deposits and how much notice we need to change or cancel a visit are confirmed with you when you book. Ask us at that point and we will tell you plainly.
The work
We clean what we agreed to clean. If something was missed, tell us the same day if you can, and we will come back to it.
Access to your home
If you give us a key, a code or any other way in, we use it only to do the work you booked, and only at the times we agreed on.
Insurance
We carry insurance and we are bonded. If something is damaged while we are working, tell us right away so it can be handled properly.
